I&...I came across your blog this week and love it! I've been meaning to dry peppers and blend them for seasonings but have never gotten around to it. Last night after reading your post I filled my dehydrator with peppers and the ground results smell amazing! I added some to a homemade spaghetti sauce tonight and loved the results. <br /><br />Thank you for your blog, I'm excited to try more of your recipes. <br /><br />My "to do" list also includes drying and blending up tomatoes to add additional flavor and depth to dishes.
